It depends on the level of the role, but we usually make an offer within 3-5 weeks.

Absolutely! We respond to every single person who applies, whether they’re shortlisted or not. And if you have a first or second stage interview, we’ll give you detailed feedback over the phone.

We'd love that! New roles come up all the time – so if you’ve found another job you like the look of, or if you’ve got new experience, just get back in touch. You can opt in to job alerts on Cuckoo Connect, the same platform you used to apply for a role with us. Just click ‘Connect’ and select your preferences.

Yep, we do. We care about your experience and skills, not where you're based. So most of our roles are hybrid or totally remote. However, there are some roles – like Customer Care – that are based in our Exeter Head Office. Don’t worry, we always put the details on the job ad, so you can make sure it works for you.

We get it, some people need extra support during the interview process. At Cuckoo, we want everyone to feel supported. All you need to do is let us know if you need any reasonable adjustments and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.

We’ve got two office spaces. Our main HQ is in Pynes Hill, Exeter, and we have a second office in Reading (owned by our sister company, All Points Fibre). Our spaces are bright and modern, complete with all the tea and coffee you fancy.

Cuckoo is a UK-based company, so right now we can't offer opportunities for employees to work outside of the UK.
